Many people believe that weight loss is impossible or very difficult, but by changing the way you think about losing weight and choosing my step by step approach, losing weight will be easier then you ever imagined it to be.
How does hypnotherapy help to lose weight?
A recent study showed that behavioural strategies worked best in initiating a change in a person’s lifestyle.
Behaviour strategies include goal setting and self-monitoring.
To incorporate physical activity into one’s life, behavioural changes require persistence and motivation. Some people feel overwhelmed about starting an exercise program, but with behavioural changes and incorporating hypnosis to increase motivation, exercise is an easier task (Medical News Today).
In my experience…
Some weight-loss clients have lost two stone in as many months and, even more importantly, have kept the weight off.
Most of my clients have tried and failed to lose weight or maintain their weight loss. The mindset has to be sorted first. There are no complicated rules, just lots of fresh, unprocessed foods.
Eating healthily is easy and shouldn’t be torturous. If clients tell me they love pizza, I say have it in moderation. Have the curry and the bottle of wine, but eat well for the rest of the week.
Diets aren’t about deprivation. If you do as I say, you will lose weight and you will learn how to keep it off.
Behavioural changes require persistence and motivation.
Hypnosis is a beneficial tool to use to motivate the incorporation of exercise into one’s daily routine.
Hypnosis improves behaviour and motivation in relation to exercise. One of the most common problems with exercise is finding the will-power and motivation to make it a mandatory part of everyday life.
Hypnosis helps combat lack of motivation and procrastination in regards to physical activity.
