Hypnotherapy for anxiety

Hypnosis and anxiety

Despite its dictionary definitions 1. ‘a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome’  2. a nervous disorder marked by excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behaviour or panic attacks’ – when it comes to anxiety, we are all different.

Some people no longer know what it is that makes them anxious – they just feel it all the time. For others it might be more specific, being worried about particular things that might happen, or things that already have happened.

That is why it is so important to tailor sessions carefully for each individual.

How can I help?

I am not going to claim that there is a quick fix for anxiety.

We may need to work together over a number of sessions, so as to discover the  cause or causes of the anxiety; finding new ways to behave and feel.

You will be surprised at the differences you will begin to notice in yourself at every step of the way – and sooner than you might have been expecting.

Please book a consultation and we can discuss this in confidence.
